MYLO LIVE MIX @ WAX:ON

Rumor has it that
Mylo will be releasing his sophomore album sometime this year, I personally can't wait! I mentioned a while back that his programming really reminded me of the direction music is heading. Both Mylo & Tiga are two of the best at programming devastating live dj sets.

Foamo is coming in FOR THE KILL and BULLETPROOF

I have been listening to Foamo for quit some time now but his two recent remixes for La Roux sound like they have been working together for years. Her unique vocals paired with his driving synth work fit perfect. La Roux caught my attention when she released a single on the Kitsune label. Already in love with Foamo's bootleg of 'In For The Kill(Skream remix)', when I came across the 'Bulletproof' bootleg on scenexscience.co.uk I felt the rest of the world needed to hear it as well. I don't know much about Skream of the Dubstep movement but do recommend cheking him out on the link. I hope these two artists do more work in the future and after you hear the tracks and watch the videos, I'm sure you will feel the same.

Off With Your Head

My favorite song on the new Yeah Yeah Yeahs album is called "Head Will Roll" and some people have said that her lyrics which contain 'Heads will roll' and 'Off with your head' make reference to the classic movie Alice in Wonderland(which is getting a Tim Burton remake, read more on this after the video). On this performance from the Jimmy Fallon Show, I love how the whole band just looks like they are having a blast playing together. When they pan to the drummer a few times you can see him smiling more than once. I am working on a bootleg remix of this song and hope to post it here for you all to download by the end of the month.

Tim Burton is making "Alice" and according to the LA Times it will be very a un-Disney version. 'Heads Will Roll' would be the perfect theme song for a Tim Burton film.

Walt Disney bring us Tr2n + Daft Punk!

After speaking with my friend Este last week, he informed me that Tr2n AKA Tron 2.0 was being released next year. Being a longtime fan of the original in 1982, saying I was excited is an understatement. So when I got home, I fired up the computer & logged onto Youtube and found a low resolution of the only trailer currently out. It was from the San Diego Comic Con 2008 and to verify it was true I check out the Billboard website. Very happy to find out that they are keeping Jeff Bridges in the cast from the original since he was the main character obsessed with getting into the game. Happy that they also enlisted Olivia Wilde, some of you may know her from the shows The OC & House. So check it out here...

if you never had a chance to witness their live your, here is a taste...

New guest DJ mix from Barry Weaver

I was on AIM last week when I started going back & forth with Barry Weaver. We caught up on what was going on in the West Coast dance scene and we talked about his many projects in the works. He is shopping around some music that will be released later in 2009 and sent me this new mix he just finished. You'll get to hear some Zombie Disco Squad, DJ Sneak, Herve, Jesse Rose, Boy 8-Bit, Santiago & Bushido, Audiojack & closes it out with some Prince. Next weeks post will be some very good news of stuff to look for in 2010 & 2011.

Here is the track listing:

1st post from New York, Biggie Seems fitting

After someone hacked into my previous blog (www.noizeregime.blogspot.com) and Google said I couldn't access it & there was nothing they cold do, I basically just stopped posting. A few years have passed and I moved from San Diego, CA to New York, NY and decided to start another. The difference in this one will be the content, here on BubbleJuiceAudio we will post about various things we like. Expect: music, graphic design, fashion, cool press articles, dj mixes, photo's, videos and digital media. With that we give you the 1st post of many to come. Being that I just relocated to New York and walked across the Brooklyn Bridge for the 1st time last Saturday here is a hot Biggie bootleg from Laidback Luke.
